Anna Silk
Anna Silk is Canadian actress and has gained fame in Canada by her character as Bo. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk were both scholars. Ilkay was also a writer, director and producer. Silk is the director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories of playing rehearsals with her mom. Silk featured in a number of commercials as a child. She graduated from St. Thomas University with an Associate of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced at least Two early productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk was a resident of Toronto for her acting to advance, then to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman is her future spouse, whom she discovered in Los Angeles at an Actors Workshop. They got engaged in 2009 before getting married in a civil ceremony that took place in December. The couple got married in Fredericton on April 10th 2011they renewed their vows, following Silk's decision to convert to Judaism. Silk got a baby named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13, 2013. Levi Aaron is her second child, and was born on 13th of May in 2016. Silk's TV work includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica for which she received a Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. She was given the role as Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian TV series Lost Girl in 2009. Silk announced to her fans that she was expecting a baby in January 2013 at a Showcase Season Three Special. Silk posted on Twitter on 20 June 2013, that the production was set to begin on Season 4. In June of 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for Season 4 of the show. CNN's Cable News Network named her portrayal of Bo along with Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples among their top TV Couples. E! named the couple as the top TV Couple for 2013.
